Additional Comments There is a misconception that all the members of the Barb Family are aggressive towards other tank mates. Tiger Barbs are very active fish and if kept in schools of five or more, they usually stick to themselves, and do not bother the other fish in the aquarium as often as one or two Tiger Barbs would.
