Feeding Habits Fresh spinach, zucchini, peas and lettuce. Frozen plankton, vegetable diet, daphnia, beef heart, brine shrimp, glass worms and blood worms. Tablet and pellet foods also accepted. Live plants placed in the tank, will also be consumed.

Compatibility A peaceful and schooling fish that mixes well with other goldfish.

Habitat China. Moderately decorated with rocks, plastic plants and driftwood

Additional Comments The Telescope Eye is very similar to the veiltail but differs in as much as the caudal fin is forked rather than square cut. They are available in a wide range of colors and patterns including an albino form and a scaleless variety. The eyes should be of uniform size and the fins should be full. The Telescope Eye is a hardy goldfish and tends to be long lived. Average live span is 15-25 years.
