This story got my dander up! I realise the dog is his 'property' but if the legal route does nothing fast I would pre-arrange a 'safe house' for this dog, take it and rehouse it with someone who will give it the love and care it deserves. I know many will that is illegal but will brutality like that I feel exceptions should be made. There was a similar situation in my home city as you can see below. Remember all it takes for evil to flourish is for good men to do nothing. http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/s/1072507_facing_jail_for_attacking_dog} |

take the dog off him....but make sure you can handle him / have some1 else who is able to, in case he turns nasty. my staffy cross girl does exactly the same thanks to the no-good scumbag who bred her, and yup, its heartbreaking....no animal should ever go through that. let us know how u get on, my heart goes out to the poor wee thing. |

Contact the dog warden & find out if anythin has been done on their part & leave your details as they wont be passed onto anyone, you could try reporting to sspca but that would be a waste of time as they only be interested if your talking money. Also report to police. If it was me Id just take the dog as you said the guy is an alkie & would be to stoned out of his brain to notice anything. Contact staffy rescue & see if they can help. Re 'Im suprized that someone else hasent done something about it' you will find in this society its ... Im not doing anything about it let someone else....somone else comes along & says 'Im not doing anything about it let someone else, goes on & on & on. Dont think perth is that far from me |

There's an old man lives near me & he has a 3/4 year old staffie girl, He's an alkie, When ive saw her in the town with him and he's steaming drunk she's just wondering arround after him, walking into the main road, she could easily be killed with a car. Then when she's went to go for my dog he's kicked her in the ribs and called her every name under the sun, she's literly terrified of her owner, u can see it by just looking at her, He went to bend down just to grab her lead and she cowered right into a shop front, her ears right back, her head down, shivering, her little tail is constantly under herself, lifting up her little front paw as if to say im good, It broke my heart seeing that, Ive known of this situation for a while and honestly dont know what to do,Im suprized that someone else hasent done something about it, I did mention it to the local dog warden via the council and as i can gather nothing ever happened about it, maybe if i had of given them my name i could have checked up but i was kinda worried incase the dogs family found out it was me, but now ive trully thought about it and im not bothered about giving my details as its a living thing, a frightened little dog, i couldnt care if they found out it was me, Im doing the right thing, arent i? My heart goes out to her,Who do i report this to? Its Perth in Scotland.} |
