I am getting a youngster soon who is a Welsh cob and is 3 years old and 14.2hh and who needs backing and bringing on, but i would like someone to help out with the up keep. I would like the person to come maybe 2 times a week (maybe more) and you would be able to do whatever you like with him. You would also be able to take him to shows. On those 2 days of loaning him, it would be as if you have your own horse as you would have to care for him, muck him out, ride, groom, poo pick field and all the essential jobs in caring for a horse. I would be looking for about £15 per week to cover all costs and ALSO £10 towards shoes every 6 weeks. If you just wanted to ride him and you don't want to do any jobs it would be £30 a week to cover all costs. If you are interested please email me on: amyblackmore1@hotmail.co.uk |

I also have a 1 year and 2 month old Welsh section c/d Gelding! He has manners to die for. He is that laid i would trust him with the smallest of children, so if your child wants to learn how to care for a horse they are very welcome. He is very, very laid back. You can freeschool him in the school, Lunge, take him for walks, He needs to be introduced to traffic and needs to trot in hand, be introduced to hosepipes etc.... so basically just bring him on. Once you are able to do that you can take him to as many shows as you like. He loves to be groomed. He comes to call and very easy to catch, good to lead, groom. I would like a little contribution towards him. Thanks For Looking! x |
