My parents had their pride and joy stolen from their back garden on Monday 21st July ( early hours ) 14 Tortoises were taken. They have had their eldest male for 25 years and bred all of their babies (8)

The babies were taken in their sleep boxes and the 6 adults lifted out of their boxes.

They are absoloutely devastated after devoting their whole lives to these Tortoises. They are desperate to be reunited with them and would appeal to anyone who notices any dodgy selling etc to call the police or the National theft helpline (07802 404929)

Three of the adults are in desperate need of medical attention and will die if not given specialist treatment.

I would urge any owners to bring their tortoises in at night to prevent these awful people subjecting anybody else to what my parents are going through.

Any luck finding them yet? I live in cosham and seen your notice a few times. I have even asked around to see if people are selling tortoises but had no luck
