i'm not finished yet!!

my next suggestion is going to involve a LOT of creeping and begging on your hands and knees.

there are loads of rescues that spring irish dogs form the kennels to ship them here to be rehomed. IF you can encourage one of these to act as a rescue back up these rescues have staff that trawl through irish pound sites looking for ideal dogs to bring over.

first stop try IRR as they have loads of staff in ireland as well as a home base over there - http://www.irishretrieverrescue.com/

ps its jackie you need to creep round as she scopes the pounds xx

righteo, in that case give john terry a try Johnrfterry@aol.com john and his wife are heavily involved with the british dalmatian club and the rescue side of things. he keeps a pretty good ear to the ground.
