}Hi Stacy
Could you tell me a bit more about Ollie please??....does he pull on the lead? Does he get on with other dogs at all?...is he neutered/microchipped and had his injections?...this is not important but is he registered?....is he destructive?

I have owned german shepherds for nearly 30yrs now and have 2 young females (aged 4 & 5yrs both are speyed and both do not fight) so it would be important that Ollie might get on with girls if not boys...my garden has high walls/fences so no chance of jumping out and lots of love is given 24/7...I am also home all the time only going out to do a bit of shopping when I have to so the dogs are never left for more than an hour or 2.

I look forward to hearing from you
Dee

Could you try the local police and ask them to put you in contact with the dog section/prison service o google it....he sounds like he would make a good working police dog.
Sometimes you have to go with what is best for the dog and a working home maybe just what he would thrive on.

Ollie is a beautiful Black German Shepherd. He's 1 year old and needs a new home. He's enjoys his walk's although very lively at the moment. He has a mixed response to people as he has taken to barking A LOT when he first meets strangers but settles down quickly and will grov out of this with the right guidance. He has not lived with children but has been around them quite a lot. He is a very plesent dog whilst at home and you wouldn't know he was there until someone knocks on the door then you know about him. We feel he would be more suited to a new home with no other dogs. Don't really want him to go but due to a change in our circumstances we need to find a more suitable home for him. he is a house dog! He will love you and protect you and your house and garden. If anyone can offer Ollie a home (he needs someone who is very assertive and experience with German Shepherds) or anywhere else I can try - must have a no PTS policy please let us know. We need to rehome him ASAP.

Thanks
