in the world of dogs expensive isnt always a mark of quality. you will notice a remarkable improvment in her poo if fed something like burns but if you can lay your hands on another freezer my dogs have never looked better or been fitter since i began to feed raw. you will find a heap of info on dog food here http://www.crpf.org.uk/index.php?section=528 |

well done on cracking the food problem. if she starts to lose weight then just split her meals between 3 but the general public do over feed their dogs, i'm afraid people are brain washed into it. if you HAVE to wipe her bottom after a poo i would suggest you rethink what your feeding her, it would suggest her motions are so very loose shes making a mess of herself, or perhaps your house proud?? as for her tongue its a side effect of the gross mutation this once noble breed has suffered. if your thrown out of the ring i'd be very surprised considering its the ring and its show rules that have done it to her. if your wanting to show her then i would suggest you read the confirmation notes and attend ring craft lessons. wow i said suggest more than once!! |

| i normally have to wipe her after a poo, but in season i also do but not with the same wipe, i have tried raising her bowl but because she is so short legged she can reach, but i fed her less this morning than i normally do and hey presto she wasnt sick , but the amount i gave her didnt look enough to me :-( , . |

do you wipe her bottom after a poo or are you just doing her bits after a wee because of her season? in terms of her dinner are you raising her bowls of the ground for her? of course you cant raise them too high but she shouldnt be bent right over her bowl. |

| hi i have a British bull dog femail 0f 2 years, she is in season at the mo, after she goes to the loo i wipe her clean with a baby wipe and today it looked like she had traces of blood on her anus, her bowel movements are normal with no blood, i rang the vets they dont seem to bothered and gave me an appointment in 3 days ! but i am worried . also since she has been in season after i feed her she seems to burp then a few pellets of food come back up with lots of saliver, she has been to vets for this previous and he seems to thing its just excess food ! but she does this evry feed time , does anyone have any problems like this. |
